Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.
  3. Include a copy of the original purchase receipt or order confirmation email.
  4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item to us.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
